Frank Martin also serves as equipment manager for the LISH team as well as performing his duties as President. Frank has lived in Lindenhurst for over 30 years.

Sheila Gillece is a retired NYC Special Education Teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience.  Throughout the years she has used her educational background as a volunteer with both adults and children.  Sheila has devoted her time and talent in various capacities to many community and children’s organizations. 
Her family is from Mineola. 

Her youngest son plays with the RoughRiders and joined the team in 1997.  At that time Sheila saw a need to help some athletes play on the team, she stepped up, and became an on-ice volunteer. Since then she has been pushing athletes with limited upper body strength in sleds. In this capacity she loves teaching new players and encouraging all players on the ice. She was affectionately nicked named and continues to be known as  “DaPusha”. The New York Islanders recognized Sheila as an “Ultimate Hockey Mom” in 2022 for her years of dedication to the special athletes of LISH RoughRiders.
 

Roberta Grogan is the Co-Director of the Parent Training and Information Center at the Long Island Advocacy Center, focusing on helping youth and families transition to post-secondary life. She emphasizes collaboration in her advocacy work and champions the principle of "presuming competence" in individuals with differing abilities. Roberta is actively involved in several not-for-profit boards and advisory committees, including Positive Community Connections and the Nassau County Police Activity League Special Needs Unit. Since 2018, her family has been part of the Long Island Rough Riders Sled Hockey team, inspired by the dedication of the athletes and community, and they reside in Seaford, NY.
 

 20 + years of coaching experience ranging from mites, high school hockey, and collegiate level hockey. Director/Coach and Instructor of Ontario Progressive Hockey Development, Woodstock, Ontario, London, Ontario, St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada. Coached OHA and OHL Junior Hockey. Organized "Stars and Stripes" Program Woodstock and London, Ontario, Canada. "Stars and Stripes" Program in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersev. Assistant Coach Long Island Anglers Junior Level team, New York.
 

Howard Feldman resides in Manhasset with his wife Shannon, and two children, Jake and Jolie.  Howard started playing ice hockey at the age of six and is still playing the game he loves.  He is very grateful that he found the Roughriders in 2018 for his son Jake who is unable to play standup hockey.
